Common issues

Camera not working

Make sure you've granted camera permission in your device's Settings > Whiskered > Camera.

Scanner not recognizing items

• Hold your device steady and make sure the item is centered in the viewfinder
• Use the +/− buttons to adjust the frame size
• Ensure good lighting — avoid glare on your screen
• Try picking a screenshot from your photo library instead

App crashing or freezing

Try force-closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store.

Purchases and subscriptions

All purchases are handled through the App Store. To manage or cancel a subscription, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device. For refunds, contact Apple Support.
