Whiskered — Mewgenics Companion Last updated: April 24, 2026
Whiskered is a companion app for the game Mewgenics. It lets you browse game data (items, classes, abilities, sets, status effects) and scan in-game items using your device’s camera.
We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage data — things like which screens you visit and which features you use. This helps us understand how people use the app so we can improve it.
We use Sentry to collect crash reports and error data. This includes device type, OS version, and the error that occurred. This helps us find and fix bugs.
The app uses your camera to scan and identify game items. All image processing happens entirely on your device using an on-device machine learning model (CoreML). No photos or camera data are ever uploaded to any server.
When you choose to pick an image from your photo library for scanning, the image is processed on-device only. We do not upload, store, or share your photos.

These services may collect device identifiers and technical data as described in their own privacy policies.
Purchases are handled through Apple’s App Store and RevenueCat. We do not process or store any payment information. All billing is managed by Apple.
Whiskered is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
